Peterborough to Brum on the A14?Dagorhir wrote:West wrote:There's also speed cameras.Village wrote: from bitter experience I can say that the A303 is a nightmare waiting to happen, and that's before they add a load of roadworks into the mix!
Unless you're travelling in the middle of the day (1100hrs - 1500hrs) there is plenty of potential for hold-ups.
avoid at all costs on a Friday!
having said all that, it can be fine........
just the luck of the draw
It goes slow as its one of those stupid roads which can't make its mind up whether its a by-pass or not ... switching between double and single lanes.
I'd suggest the m4 and then cut off after Swindon at some point might be an option from the east side of the country
Thanks guys.
We're coming from so far away that changing routes means only 20 minutes difference so we'll go East to Peterbourgh and down through Birmingham, etc, etc, on the M5.
Thanks!!!

only (slightly) joking......
The worst thing about having a failing memory is.....no, its gone...

Cool, looks like my lift is sorted... Now, anyone got any tent space to save me lugging mine on the train?

If you had the choice; Feldberg or Piippo?

On a more interesting note ... who do you think will win?
I want to see how the top players enjoy holes such as Badgers Hotel

Googlagong Dip
