Euro DGC 2007

Post by Crabmonkie » Thu Dec 14, 2006 7:51 pm

Hi everyone, I was looking at the pdga site and the European Disc golf Championships will be taking place in Belgium on the 12-15th July,
It is a team event and I would be willing to be the team captain, (as he/she can be a non player) If no one else would like to take the responsibilty (or hasn't done so already), There are 16 spots allocated to GB (including 10 open positions).

If anyone would like to participate please reply to this post, You most however be a fully payed up touring member of the PDGA

The way this usually works is that BDGA members are offered spots by the BDGA Board depending on their end of season Powerstats ranking. If you haven't already done so, you may want to talk to the Board members about you wanting to be the Team Captain. Apologies if you have already done this, and have been named Team Captain.

This is correct. I'll be sorting out the places next week, but it's top 10 Open, top 3 Masters, top Grandmaster, top Woman, and top Junior from the 2006 Powerstats
Obviously some players qualify for more than one of these.

I would like to participate although I'm not sure you're willing to give a UK spot to a visiting American. And although I'm not high up in the powerstats I think I should be 1 of the top 3 masters players. Please keep me in mind.
