Notable movers and shakers in this update:

James Luton leaps 18 points and into the Open division for next year
Jester Wilson with an 11 point bounce back up from his lowest historic rating
Dunc Hartshorne claws his way over 900 for the first time with a 22 point leap
Anything the student can do, the master can match: Rick Murphy and Chris O'Brien both climb 12 points
Rich Hatton slumps one point below the Int Am cut off so he can go back to sandbagging...if he can handle the shame!
Edit: Missed one! Neal Pickett drops 12 points to become Am eligible for 2010. Will he shamefully sandbag?

Notable non-movers:
Jesse Denny holds steady at 920 for the third update in a row!
Charlie Mead holds steady at 928, also for the third update in a row, now just 6 points ahead of James!

Just for the record - I don't know the meaning of shame. Int am here I come. Who wants to humiliate me in a final this time?

Would anyone believe I played crap in the last two tournaments to facilitate this? Anyone? No? Yeah alright I'm just rubbish.

Jonny Burden's 10 point improvement means that he just misses the option to drop all the way from Open to Intermediate Am, bypassing Advanced Am.

My 1 point increase isn't much to get excited about, but happy to be back in the 970s for the first time since Sep 08.

Looking at my Ratings History from May 05 to Mar 10 got me thinking am I now above or below my average rating for the last 5 years? A quick add up and divide tells me my average rating (since records began) is 969.72. Wonderful! I can get excited that my current 970 is a whole 0.28 above my all-time average performance!

My increase of 13 means that I'm now 2.43 points above my average.

Ok, I've had another chance to look at this and there are a whole bunch of players who are showing as non-current with the PDGA; at first glance, Jesse, Woody, the Willetts, Paul Stoddard, Simon Fox, Scot Fitzgerald, Martin Pyrah

Presumably not because they haven't renewed?

Something else for Chris O' to catch up with and fix retrospectively?

Apparently not in Jesse/Woody's case, but the others appear to be non-current BDGA as well. I've asked Chris to have a gander.

Scott was supposed to be contacting Chris about membership as he rang me a couple of weeks ago about it. I don't think Paul has ever been BDGA/PDGA registered, but this could have changed ... not sure about the rest tho :)

Woody was talking to me about 2 weeks ago about joining up this year for BDGA/PDGA. This would account for his PDGA not currently showing up as renewed I guess (being processed as we speak)?
