When you win by 29 shots in the Int Am division (2012 rating cut offs) you can obviously see something is wrong ;-)

First ever Int -> Open move up after one event as far as I am aware :D
or with insufficient rated rounds (less than 5)
Rating is irrelevant until you have a statistically significant number of rounds, so you need min 2 events to decide your division.

And Clive drops back to 896, a much better reflection of where he is...

How come a round that wasn't used for my rating last update is now being used again?.... Just curious, but its re inclusion explains why my rating hasn't changed.
Anyone know?

That's because you need to look under UK instead. Unless you're Ross, for some reason

866 whoo hoo!
Having stalled at the last update, I've now crept up 2 points. Until next month at least! (Still might be officially Ad.am by the start of next season - I'll probably play Ad.am anyway.)

And I've slipped down 2 to 865. Given that this now places me in the Int Am division I am very unsure as to what to play next year. I suppose I will see what those around me rating wise do. the problem being that if all of us that were playing Ad but are now just in Int decide to continue in Ad do we not still have the same problem that the boundary shift was created for? ie uneven divisions

Hi Neil at the end of the day this means you can still play int am until your rating moves above 870 or if you decide to , just move up anyway . Your not going to get stuck playing int am for the rest of the year so doesn't matter anyway!

What tweedy said really, I'd encourage everyone to give the new boundary some time and stick to it, I reckon there could be some good battles that will only help you raise your rating and move up naturally. Of course if you personally feel you've been playing below par and should move up then there's nothing stopping you. You can always move back down if it doesn't work out (unlike open)

I'm not planning on being in Int am for long next season but until my drives get back up to 80-90+ m then I will be playing Int am :)
