Jester, I have a statment to share that I think you would be interested in and may be the right man to help. I do not know who edits the BDGA website in regards to images or scores etc. but either ASAP or by the start of next years season, I would like my flag to be scottish rather than english. I was born in Dunfermline, 7th February 1991. I do not want to forget my roots and be associated to a different country. Please could this be amended by the appropriate person please, I would appreciate this grately.
Glad to hear you'll be flying the flag for us next season, Rick. :) Westy is your best man to contact to ask about getting this done I think.

Cheers dude, I couldn't prolong it for another season as a fake englishman. Come on the Scots! Dominating the BDGA tour 2010, what a delightful prospect.

Yeah,
Next year I want to be Irish please.
Then the year after I might have a go as Swedish, then maybe English again...

I was born in Dunfermline, Scotland on the 7th February 1991. A couple of months later, I was christened on a ship, namely the HMS Glasgow because my father was in the Navy. Blood wise, I am not aware of any family being Scottish but none of them speak to me anyway so I wouldnt know :P

Some cracking first round ties in there!

1 Derek Robins v 16 Paul Holden
2 Neil Webber v 15 David Allaker
3 Jester Wilson v 14 James Luton
4 Chris O'Brien v 13 Rick Murphy
5 Matt Cutler v 12 Neal Pickett
6 Charlie Mead v 11 Jed Farrell
7 Jesse Denny v 10 John Massey
8 Ross Poole v 9 Daniel Massey

You'd think the top 3 ties all ought to go to seed, but after that it's anyone's guess!

The word

Post by ChrisOBrien » Mon Oct 12, 2009 1:57 pm

The word on the street is that Paul Cooper will also be attending. Paul is positioned behind Ross Poole, so everyone on the right column below shift up one place, Paul Holden out of the mix and Paul Cooper plays Ross...

1 Derek Robins v
2 Neil Webber v 15 David Allaker
3 Jester Wilson v 14 James Luton
4 Chris O'Brien v 13 Rick Murphy
5 Matt Cutler v 12 Neal Pickett
6 Charlie Mead v 11 Jed Farrell
7 Jesse Denny v 10 John Massey
8 Ross Poole v 9 Daniel Massey
Paul Cooper

This is not confirmed - just a rumour...

When does this get finalised? For all my earlier moaning about getting my butt kicked I had pretty much got used to the idea. It would be nice to know in advance what competition I am playing in!

Thats the luck of the Nationals Pauly boy!

I made it into the top 16 the last 3 years I've attended, due to people dropping out and not showing! :D
