BDGA National Tour #6 - Quarry Park Open 2009

Post by JesseD » Wed Apr 22, 2009 9:01 pm

Hello everyone, :D

After the Spring fling running like a well oiled machine, Derek has kindly asked me if i Direct the Quarry Park Open, and here we are. I have spoken in Westy and decided that we'll get the invite up you now.

along with a form to fill in online which allows your documentation to be done by you, and not a 3rd person, (ie. me, to mess up).

Quarry Park Entry Form Here

I will be on holiday from now till the 12 of May, and will be periodically checking my e-mails, for people with any question. And if you do have any questions you will defiantly get a response after then,

Final notes, we are going to run a non-smoking event again so for the few smokers get your patches in, and hopefully the weather will be nicer to easy your nerves.

No Number no Stats

Any mistakes on the form,,, fell free to e-mail me, to get them sorted.

Look forward to seeing your there.

Westy - currently, other than first and last place, scores are calculated by the number of players you finish ahead of, regardless of whether they are BDGA/PDGA members of not. Can you just confirm please that players not submitting their numbers will have no effect on points scored by players who do? Ta.

on my end, all is as per normal regarding amount of points given to players.

everyone is included in my spread sheet given to the BDGA,,,, and if there is no numbers next to your name, then you don't get Your stats, as you are now fully responsable for your info. Easy.

PS all info will be repeated to you at Pre Registration on the day, by my lovely assistant, incase of type-o's--- full proof.

The stat values are calculated as they have been, people submitting a non current number will be treated the same as a none member; thus used for calculating stat point :)

If however you play an event, and register at that event you will receive stat points and appearing in the listing.

If you play an event, but not register till a later date or later event then you will not have your scores retro fitted back.

Hope that makes sense :)

Other than the last sentence should have read:

If you play an event, but do not register till a later date or later event then you will not have your scores retrospectively awarded

I shall now return to pedants corner.....
