Ross:

1) there's a spot begging for a sunroof on the top of you van, and

2) how much did it cost you in fuel and ferries to get up to mull? (you can PM me the answer if it's too painful to braodcast....)

Village:

1) there used to be a sunroof in the van at one point, but whoever fitted it did a fish pie job so it was removed.

2) just over £200 in diesel, thats for 1400 miles and carring 4 ppl there and 6 back, so not too bad for a transit...... about £20 in ferry costs as we got a saver ticket between us

Aye, agreed a fantastic weekend.

You all have to go next time. Its quality golfin'. So I heard, we had the best weather there for years. We had sun, rain, hail for a minute & plenty plenty wind. It could have been raining down at HQ but fine up the hill & visa versa. [biting back of hand]& Ooooh the views :)[/biting back of hand]

Big up to Ross for munching down the miles from start to finish, both directions, he wouldnt give up the wheel no matter how much you asked him :D

Big thanks to Charlie for organising it all & also to the Mull crew :)

& everyone else whos whoring the photos out :D

Mull is brilliant, it simply shouldn't be missed. The wind and slopes make it so exciting and fun, and the views are awesome.
We shouldn't forget to thank Colin Eagles also. Thanks to him we could all make lame pun claims to have seen C.Eagles on the course.

A favour from everyone who has posted photos please. Angus can't download them from FB so can you possibly send a selection of your favourites, say 10 each, to Angus?

He will put them on the web site, credited.
Dan has written a diary/blog which is on its way to Andy C for In Flight. Anymore words also welcome. Even a quick one-liner. Want to capitalise on your memories for next year. Starting a propmotion world-wide in a week or so for next year.

Ever hopeful.
Still recovering from re-entry to real world!

A massive thanks to Charlie for throwing his weight behind the Scottish Open and the efforts of Sue, Ivan, Dan & Gremlin for helping set up and run a great event.

The course-side shelters were a welcome addition, as was the free tea and coffee and delicious cakes to buy. Gremlin's home made soup and bread were a lovely lunch to come off the croft to. Organisationally it all went very smoothly, looking forward to seeing the course and tee-sign feedback being taken on board for next year.

Start planning you trip now folks, it's not really that difficult a journey and the pay off is immense. :)

Hi, I have found a Rab waterproof jacket in the van, i dont think it belongs to a member of the essex crew, so it must be someone's from the Mull comp... let me know if its yours and i will get it back to you.
