NtN plan....

Day one will be random draw, with all matches played over 9 holes.

So in a group of 4 first 9 holes is p1 vp2 and p3 v p4 then on the back 9 its p1vp3 and p2vp4.

If your in a 3 you might have p1 v p2 match play and P3 plays stroke for the front 9. Back 9, is p2vp3 match play and p1 plays stroke.

We will then rank all based on the results – win ratio /total number of holes won as a differentiator.

Top half will create pool A for the sunday ladder
Bottom half will create pool B for sunday ladder

So ultimately in the NtN there will be 4 competitions/trophies

Pool A match play
Pool B match play
Front 9 stroke
Back 9 stroke

Dear Player of Nationals/NTN 2014

When I departed Nationals at Whitcombe on the Sunday afternoon I left behind my brand new Karrimor Elite Phantom eVent waterproof jacket from the Summer House. Dottie has kindly checked and rechecked the Summer House and it’s not there.

I don’t think anyone at Nationals would deliberately take my property, but the jacket might well have been picked up by mistake. It’s not distinct in appearance (see image) and could have gotten mixed up in someone's things.

Please can I ask you to check your golf bag and outdoor kit to make 100% sure you haven’t accidentally picked it up? I just bought it, it cost a packet and would dearly like it back.

Fingers cross I’ll hear from someone very soon it’s been found.

Many thanks and sorry for the inconvenience
Jester
