Thanks for the suggestion Matt, the QP website has been updated.
While I'm here, let me just say that the Clinic are still closing their access road at the end of the day, so the only parking is on the QP grounds. I have identified a bit more space that can accommodate another 4 or 5 cars, but parking may be quite tight, so please car share where possible and park tight to the next car. If we have a lot of rain the grass parking may become unusable so we may have to find alternative parking off site.

I was seriously considering installing concrete tees for the holes that are liable to flooding, but I have decided to see what results can be obtained with jet-washing, so today I've engaged a contractor to give all the tees a good clean up. If that works well then I might invest in getting my own equipment to maintain them in the future.

Having been to the course last week, I can confirm it's looking really good; you and guys have clearly worked hard (yes, even James  ) on getting it ready and have done a great job.
I was especially glad to see the whole area around the black hole of 5 and the black tee of 6 looking so clear and accessible. In fact it's the first time I've actually seen the tee marker up on the right side :) And if you're looking to clean the mats off, that'll make that tee so much better as that's my only real worry when I'm up there as it's damn slippy.

I know this isn't exactly QP related but it's been a LONG time since we had any kind of power stats update...would be nice to have before the QP tournament so everyone knows where they stand going into the penultimate weekend.

I agree. Tom got me the Croydon results this morning. I have yet to receive the Mendip and Essex ones

The PDGA website shows 41 people registered so far. Less than 2 weeks to go now folks, so get yourselves registered now. All Ams get a Discraft tournament disc, which looks great. The course is in great shape, and James and I will ensure that it is in tip-top condition for the 20th QP Open. I'm arranging for the tees to be jet-washed in order to ensure good grip. With 7 different winners in the Open Division from the 9 events held so far, things are really hotting up in the BDGA Tour rankings.

Good news for the QP Open. Innova Pro Melodie Bailey (ranked 11th in the world) has registered and will be hosting a skills clinic on Saturday after the rounds :)

Good luck to all QP competitors. Have a great two days - wish I was there but the call of the wild remains strong. CLM
