Scoreports and Scorepointes

Post by Del » Fri May 10, 2013 3:56 pm

Before the Bristol Open there were some e-mails flying around regarding the whereabouts of the BDGA Scorepointes - I've put plural because I thought there were 2, but this is not clear. If there are 2, then 1 is currently missing and the other is, I believe, at Burnlaw. We need to make sure this BDGA equipment doesn't get lost, and is utilised as intended. As an extra incentive to make sure this happens I am going to say that the Quarry Park Scoreport is going to stay at Quarry Park (exception will be made for Croydon if the BDGA equipment cannot be found and delivered in time). If you are a TD then make sure you make arrangements in good time.
For info, Toby (for Whitcombe) and I have our own Scoreports (I think these both have yellow card holding slots, mine has green surround. The BDGA Scorepointes (different manufacturer, but basically same design) are charcoal with red card holders from what I recall, but I may be wrong.

I was thinking perhaps a thread of this type should be made 'sticky', so that people can use it to track where any scoreport things are at any time.

Chris OB says there's one at Burnlaw, but he can't get it down to the Cyclone.

Is there another one?

I'm loathe to depend on Derek's own personal one. Perhaps we should be buying more with BDGA money?!

Has the location of both scorepointes been uncovered?

If so, can the present owners let themselves please be known.

cheers.

Seamus, do you have your own or do you need one for Dunbar?
