Mark,
Great work for organising. Hope I can make it but that weekend is looking a little busy atm.

Also think that strictly this should be in Events and Results?

Any reason why this is more expensive than last time, especially given it should behalf as much tax following the change agreed at the last AGM? Seems to be putting off a few people.

Last time was:

Tournament Fee
Cost shown for the complete event - Fees payable in advance although they will be accepted on the day as long as they are paid by 9.45 at the latest –
• Adults £13.00
Full time Students + Children 16 + under on 1st January 2010 £10.00
• No reduction for BDGA Touring Members
£8 reduction for Quarry Park members

£2.00 reduction for QP members this time seems especially odd seeing as how we wouldn't need to be paying green fees?

Different TD, different vision.

I believe the £8 reduction was a mistake, this was only £5 as only a green fee of £5 was charged per player.

Will that definitely include these results Jester? Rich didnt seem to think it would. Also I can see the results on the PDGA but there are no ratings next to the round scores.

Between the 'last submission' and 'ratings published' dates, unofficial ratings disappear. They only do this if they are to be included, so that's a good sign. The other way to tell is to look on the schedule, if it has a trophy next to the event then everything has been submitted.
