On area I suspect we are all guilty of is insufficient warm-up and stretching before and after disc golf. Being loose and flexible is important in getting a good clean throw, any tightness will definitely affect your power and accuracy.

Livestrong? Do we need to take copious amounts of performance enhancing drugs to complete this work out? Although I will sue anyone that says I have taken anything. Right?

Wish I had actually done this before going out at lunchtime yesterday and pulling a muscle in my back. ouch and still ouch now. Stoopid me.
