Playing with the off hand

Post by Mark.A.D » Wed Apr 18, 2012 11:53 am

In an attempt to balance my body, i want to do a bit of training with my left hand but i just cant seem to able to get any control of the disc or even throw it flat, maybe im far too dominant with my right hand but does anyone know a way to get control?

The hardest bit is flipping your thinking about disc flight :)

Don't think about it, your left hand kows what the right one does, your lefty throw now will probably be as good as your first right hand throw if not better because you now have knowledge of disc science , throw only with your left for a while and it will catch up with the normal side quite a bit, but will never be as good 'cos you'll have a lifetime of right handedness to overcome start with putting .... dont think just throw

My disc golf makes your disc golf look great...
