Greater Milwaukee Open

For all those that are interested, Fernando seems to be doing A-OK back in the states, finishing 5th, 2 strokes behind Barry Schultz, way to go 8) Scott Reek and Travis Stone also competed in the Advanced division, full results and round ratings can be found by following the link.

Way to go Nando!

Anybody remember Patrick Blake..... he won convincingly at QP a couple of years ago..... but finished 23 shots behind Fernando!

Looks like Travis struggled a little though......

Shame, but probably due to that new PDGA rule banning hammers.

Just had a closer look at the results ...

Nando beat Schultz by 4 shots on the final round!!! Impressive stuff!

Whos going to start the pool betting on when Nando will ...
a) get sponsorship?
b) get top 10 in the world?

Yep. Pretty shocking if you ask me. Widespread rejection of the proposed rule introduction from all national associations but the PDGA invoked article 7 and pushed it through. Why? :?

I think you need to see this in perspective. I mean Masters must be good right? and Grand Masters must be even better? So Advanced Grandmasters must be pretty incredible players? Well, he would have been top 5 in that division, so respect is due!

... only kidding, he would have been 3 shots out of 5th place

True respect to fernando though.
