Insurance?

Post by robbnot » Thu Nov 03, 2016 6:42 pm

Are we as clubs, all paying the same insurance company money,?
Could the bdga club affiliation thing include insurance,
and save clubs money whilst boosting income for the bdga
??

It doesn't matter, if the BDGA or another organisation can offer an insurance scheme for registered local club members across the UK, it will make it cheaper for the clubs and for its members.

The BDGC and I'm sure many other clubs would want to know sooner rather than later! I want to get the BDGC up and running before the year is out, if getting club insurance is on the list we need to know asap. I want to get the club registered and membership options open and ready before Jan.

Even if the BDGA could provide membership for current BDGA members it would make BDGA tournaments cheaper, club memberships cheaper and provide that well needed safety net!

This would boost money to the BDGA.
