Please don't assume nothing is/has been done.... also please don't assume 24 hours is a long time for a site run by volunteers the server administrator of which is out of the country! A little background..... The forum and bdga site run on the same host within the same hosting space. An exploit was ...

To me the BDGA Tour is a set of events joined together in a tour. PS/AS shows your performance in that tour. Not necessarily reflective of your ability but a distinct competition you might want to try and win! For me: PDGA rating shows how well I play Disc Golf! PS/AS shows how well I'm doing at win...

What is it we're trying to record? This I think is the main point. Whilst you are saying the 3 winner should be rewarded more, if you actually stated that playing 4 tournaments is almost a prereq to winning (or placing well) in the BDGA TOUR then it's up to people to make that many tours. Chances a...

I've PM'd you re the names vs bdga debate so as not to derail! In this system as far as I can tell anyone who places >10th doesn't get a score? Is that right? So there is no way to work out placings beyond that overall? I wouldn't expect to place 10th or above in any tournament, therefore I will nev...

A great debate and one that is probably needed! Firstly although involved with the actual technological side of the PS/AS system, I am no advocate of it and do feel it's a bit complicated, but I'm not sure this system does masses to help! Easier to Maintain it also would take out all the usual hassl...

It does help! Neil's points were simply an error with his 'current' bdga status which I've now amended! In the case of Jester and Paul incorrect BDGA numbers were supplied in the results spreadsheet. However as this event did not operate an online registration facility, it is believed the error lay ...

As mentioned away on holiday so any corrections might not be as quick as normal, but I'll check in on this thread and change when I can, just leave the detail here.

Cheers,

If you're looking primarily to just keep up to date rather than contribute from the phone then I would suggest the RSS feed is a better option. Get yourself a decent FeedReader for the phone and put http://www.bdga.org.uk/forum/rss.php In to it, tada all new posts in a nice concise easy to read form...

Yeah I heard this too, likewise assumed it must be Essex, and 'Sam' said he tended to avoid playing that course, so assume they play the short more.

So well done.... whoever you are :D
