7 hours of sports games on the wii is the cause. both my wife and my mother are suffering similar pains (we had kind of a family tournament going on).

Mr Hill indeed. I took your advice and got on here.

Funnily enough I was playing Wii Sports Resort earlier on and came across the whole disc golf thing, though I now have quite a lot of shoulder ache!
