North Devon Open

This is a Professional Disc Golf Association B Tier event.

Disc Zoo and the British Disc Golf Association present the 2nd North Devon Open. After the successful introduction of Disc Golf during 2019 with the inaugural North Devon Open The Ultimate Adventure Centre are hosting this PDGA B Tier championship event.

With a course designed by Charlie Mead and the Disc Zoo Team around the Ancient Badgers Wood, the NDO is hoping to attract top British Players and those able to travel to the UK from abroad.

The Disc Zoo Team of Nige Williams and Charlie Mead have a successful record of putting on quality tournaments with significant prize money for all Professional Divisions. This year will see sponsorship contributions which will add to both Professional and Amateur Division winnings!

Divisions and Registration

PDGA B Tier events attract a 50% bonus in points for the BDGA Tour.

Prizes and Awards for each division

Cash prizes will be offered to Professional players and awards and prizes to Amateur players ac-cording to PDGA payout schedules set at 40% of each division.

Prize money for Professional Players: The initial prize pot for Professionals will be a minimum of 100% of registration prize fees. For every Professional player who registers a further £20 will be donated by sponsors with a minimum addition of £600. The more players who enter the higher the prize money goes!

Prizes for Amateur Players will be 100% the value of all Amateur Registration prize fees with the added bonus of DGA baskets, Discs, Vouchers and merchandise.

  • Finals will be Top 8 of each Division plus ties for those with 16 or more entrants. Top 4 for other divisions.
  • Finals will only be held for Divisions with 4 or more entrants.
  • Trophies will only be given for Divisions with 4 or more entrants.

UAC accommodation Open. Strictly no entry to UAC site before this time due to child safeguarding procedures. Schools will be on site using UAC facilities to this time.
